Crazy Gamestation - where's my order gone?

A couple of days ago Gamestation took the money for my Wii package out of my account. Yesterday I get an email from Gamestation to say my order has been dispatched and will be with me shortly. Now, today I have seen parcelforce, but he had nothing for me. Furthermore I have checked my bank account and my money is back in :?

What the heck is going on?

I'm currently having trouble with them too. I ordered Wii Play and a Nunchuck, and it came to about £50 for both. They took the full amount of money out of my account, but only sent me my nunchuck. Now theyre saying that they only charged me for the nunchuck!

Hi WiiMii, I hope you get Gamestation to sort out their cockup.
Anyone else had problems with Gamestation, if so post them here, maybe it will push them to get their act together :wink:

I have had loads of problems with them.
If you email them they quote 5 working days for an answer. Ringing them is a joke! A great answering machine telling you they are busy.
I finally got sick of it on Saturday and cancelled my order only to get an email from them today saying it had been dispatched.
Organisation is not their best asset!

My order says Dispactched! (Ordered on Jan 31st 11.30am).

Hi, having ordered a Wii on 31 Jan from Gamestation and an order status STILL processing, I finally tried emailing this morning, but didn't want to wait the 5 days for a reply. Spent a big chunk of this afternoon trying to get through on the phone and finally prevailed.

Guy said that all those ordered were dispatched last week and that the website doesn't always update. Also said he'd try and find a consignment number and ring me back. No call yet, but within 15 minutes the website said mine had been dispatched, at least thats something.

Fingers and everything else crossed for tomorrow cos its my birthday and my wife has bought me Monkey Ball and another wiimote.

Well looks like im pretty close to getting my Wii now! Parceline tried to deliver my Wii while I was at work today so I need to go to there depot and pick it up, good for me its only 15 mins away (Dunstable)!

Got it delivered to day, not had time to get it outta the box yet but it won't be long. Still reckon it was only posted yesterday once i rang them though, the date on the box is yesterday. Still ordered Wed, got Tue ain't bad.
