Sorry if this is a bit noobish but would this work with my wii
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-Technology-2GB-Digital-SD/dp/B000EOMXM0/sr=8-3/qid=1170235417/ref=pd_ka_3/203-3016097-0179102?ie=UTF8&s=electronics
Also what is the maximum size sd card you can use on the wii ?
Thanks

That would be fine, any SD card no matter what the memory size appears to work.

Apparently 2GB is the max.

Apparently 2GB is the max.
Apparently some people here are using 4 gig cards http://www.wiichat.com/nintendo-wii-hardware/14913-4gb-sd-cards.html
But sticking to 2 gb is a safe bet

Can you use USB memory sticks out of interest?

there is a way of getting USB memory sticks to work, but it involves removing an SD card mid-save, so I wouldn't advise it AT ALL!
I'm sure the Big N have something good up their sleeves for the USB ports, at least they're forward planning by putting them there.

Yeh I bought some 4 gig ones for my camera a while back, work's great on the wii, got over 500 photos on there and some mp3s as well, until they come up something for it....

At the moment the only use for it is for the LAN adapter for people with wired internet connections... I think
