Have now found out that they didnt have any. they were expecting their suplier to get some in on saturday but they never arrived. They are now hoping to get stock later this week to fulfill our orders but cant guarantee it. Another case of selling what they aint got.

Might be worth checking with them again. I've been using their e-ticket system over the past few days to try and chase some things on my order which I placed on Wednesday. The first person who replied told me that the expected delivery date was 21 Feb - which was clearly nonsense as they had dispatched it the previous day! I then raised a new ticket yesterday evening and got a reply from someone else first thing this morning who confirmed that it had been sent on Thurs and to allow 3-7 days max for delivery, and subsequently provided the tracking number (they had to request it from their supplier). According to Parcelforce's website it got delivered this morning.
So just saying that some of the Woolies advisors are a bit more on the ball than others! It is possible one of them gave you duff information. If you get an email saying dispatched then you should have one within a couple of days.
Oh and if you want to phone them there is a geographical number you can use instead of their 0870 one - it is 01706 862789 (normally much cheaper than 0870).

yup, i sent e-ticket asking about it and they said they put it up on the 29th so they can get the security checks out of the way for when they get them in on the 30th.

We ordered our Wii on Thursday 25th Jan from Play.com and after hearing bad reviews about Play's ordering service ordered another from Woolies on Friday 26th.
Got in touch with Play today to see whats happening with the order and was answered by someone in their customer service department saying that our order can take upto 4 months.
Got really worried about this so then got in touch with Woolies tonight. They are now saying that we are not going to get our Wii untill maybe middle to late February even though the order screen says that we should have ours tomorrow!
Can anyone reading this who ordered theirs at the same time confirm this?
We only want to Wii with everyone else!!!! :?
