eBay--Buy it Now deal

I'm pretty close to giving up. I hoped to buy a Wii before Wednesday (its my 21st :D ) but however much I try its not getting anywhere.

Ive even started looking on eBay. Theres a deal where it totals around £200 inc. delivery, with Red Steel and Rayman, but not Wii Sports for some reason. Does this offer seem dodgy to anyone else? Or has anyone bought it themselves? I dont know how much to trust some eBay sellers. This is the link to the item:

How could that Wii be "factory sealed" and "uk spec" if it doesn't include Wii Sports??
Sounds well dodgy, but then it is ebay...

the wii i got, and the wii my friend got, neither were sealed at all. factory or not.

just a closed box. everything inside was wrapped up nicely but the boxes certainly weren't sealed
