Woolworths - wii's ordered online on Wed 24th Jan

Has anyone been given a delivery date yet?

Well before 21 Feb.
I hope though that mine should be dispatched pretty soon, as my status is now "Ready for dispatch".
So I'm expecting that it will get dispatched pretty soon, hopefully either later on today or over the weekend. And then should be with here mid-week next week.
Or that's what I figure anyway.

I was told yesterday that mine was with the carrier, on the way to my local store to pick up.

I ordered mine on Wednesday afternoon and after a minor hiccup with a security check (I hadn't received an email with a couple of additional security queries) it changed to "Ready for Despatch" at around lunchtime Thursday and then onto "Fulfilled" later on in the afternoon (when I also received an email telling me it had been despatched). The order details on their website has the delivery date down as 21 Feb though - I'm hoping this is just a glitch as I can't see how something can take 4 weeks to arrive if it was despatched yesterday!

I had the same problem with the security email, and at some point thought I was not getting my Wii as they made a blunder on their side.

But after including their customer relations dept, and copying them on all emails got my order processed.

Advice for anyone placing online orders as Woolies, call them as soon as you get any email that does not say order despatched. This will speed things up greatly.

I was also told yesterday that mine was with the carrier on the way to the store. Apparently it's still with the carrier on the way to the store today. I'm not in the Outer Hebrides, so it must be one slow lorry :-)

Order my Wii on Wednesday 24th, no sign of it in the store, managed to get the tracking number for Parcelforce, showing 'attempted delivery' on 26th. How on earth could they attempt to deliver at a store at 14.35 and not succeed? Methinks my Wii has been kidnapped!!!

Well I just asked them again for a tracking number for mine and someone has replied saying they don't have it available right now, but they have requested it from their supplier - so hopefully I'll have it soon.

They did give me a slightly more useful timeframe than the "21 Feb" I was quoted previously (and that is mentioned for the order on their website) - this time they told me it had been dispatched on Thursday (as my email indicated), and to allow 3-7 days max for delivery - so fingers crossed for today!

If you're after a Wii don't discount Woolworths, ordered a Wii online Weds 24/1 PM, e-mail 26/1 confirming dispatched & delivered 29/1.

If you receive a dispatch e-mail & want to track the delivery e-mail Woolworths & they'll provide the tracking number, they responded immediately & I was able to find it had been left with my neighbour.

Definitely impressed so far!

Yay! Got mine yesterday - though naughty ParcelForce had left it outside my front door. Luckily I live in a flat though and outside my front door is just a shared hall with my neighbour and there is a security door for the block - still rather shocked that they left a £180 console without anyone signing for it though - especially as the courier had the audacity to sign my name for it! Might have to have a go at them, but for now I'm happy I have my Wii! :)

Woolworths were fantastic - ordered mine Weds 24th in the afternoon and it was delivered first thing Mon 29th!
