how is the sword fights are they realistic and does the sword move the way you move it or are there ceritain moves

there are certain movments you have to make with the wiimote.
eg simple movements like a right the left horizontal slice is just moving the wiimote from right to left. vise-versa.
othe rmoves can be learnt for example holding down B and Z and moving the nun-chuck and wiimote down together gives a harder attack and damages the enemy's sword. you have to learn these moves before they can be performed
