Can anybody tell me how to use this software correctly so for example it checks the woolworths site?

I have set it up to check every minute, but it keeps telling me the page has been updated when it hasn't - maybe rolling adverts giving a false alarm?

You need to tell it where to start and end on the page. Otherwise you will pick up rolling adverts and the like.

Right click the link and go to properties I think it is and then advanced, or some such... my memory is awful!

Tell it to start at the text "Temporarily" and end after "stock"... should do the trick
