Why wont my pictures show up?

OK I've plugged my miniSD through an adaptor into my Wii, go to the photo channel and some of the pictures are up there, but for some strange reason, half of the pictures aren't recognised, saying the format isn't supported, why is this? I have checked and all the pics are same size, format, quality as the rest of them, so why do a few dont work? a couple of them work, but only half the picture is visible.

Chances are the wii only supports Jpeg and yours maybe gif or raw..

I said they're ALL exactly the same format in JPEG, all taken by the same fone, some even taken at the same time! with same settings on my fone.
