Wii Video transfer

Hi all
I have a few questions for those who have transfered large video files onto their SD cards and played it on the wii.
My first question is how do you transfer the file onto your WII from your computer if you don't have a SD slot on your computer. I found these two links of possible solutions but wanted to know if anyone has used these products and if they do work

My second question is what is the quality of the videos like when transferred to the Wii and lastly I watched a video that was showing of the video functionality of the wii but I could not see the play, rewind, fast foward buttons on the screens(the video was not the best of qualities), are they available?

Newbie here, but what I did was buy a usb SD card reader, not sure about rules in posting sites that I bought it from, but basically you put the SD card in the USB stick thing and plug it into the PC USB port and you can transfer away, I transferred something like 512 photos onto it, was great viewing them on the Wii, will try some vids per the format they allow and let you know...
