Can someone tell me at what time do stores normally get their deliveries in?

most major stores around 9 am

i have 2 bin in school by 8.30, and get home at around 4.30, and in the morning when i phone them up they say they wont get deliveries in until later, (while im in school) and by the time i get home and phone them up they always they ran out of stock.

Most of the stores won't even hold on to it for me and then phone me to let me know, they say their not allowed to do that 4 some reason

So im in a bit of a situation, wat do i do?

im in the same as u m8, i just get my dad to phone during the day, and my mum to check when shes at work try that :P or go on at the weekends to find thats wot ive bin doin
