No luck in Es***

I have been waiting for a Wii since Xmas. Let down by HMV and currently waiting for PCWorld to send one to me.

Like most people I work during the week so can only trudge around the shops at the weekend.

It looks like last weekend was the important one as alot of Game stores had some in but not on Sunday when I could get there.

Spent yesterday asking in all the shops in Basildon and Chelmsford without any success. You get a bit peeded off when you go into Game and they say, yes had 40 in last week but all gone, don't know when we will get anymore. Thanks!

To top it off got Wii Play from Play yesterday so at least I can wave the controller around........................

I'm not paying a shark like CEX or someone off Ebay when they are bound to free up some time - Game Bolton reckoned Friday that the people asking about them is lessening and as the Ebay prices are coming down it hopefully won't be much longer before we can get hold of them.

Working really interferes with one's social life.

I agree, although I would like one now, I'm not going to pay over the odds on Ebay.

Lets hope its a couple of weeks and not months.
