i fone the automated system last nite and got the 'you cannot reserve this item, and unfortunatly its out of stock at this store' message on all argoses near me except for the 1 closest to me, which sed i couldnt reserve but i couls purchase it from the store, i foned the auto system again this morning about 7:45 and got the same message saying i cnt reserve but i can buy it fron the store, i foned again at 8:10 and it said i couldnt reserve, and it was out of stock at the store? i dnt get how this can be when you cant reserve it and the store doesnt open until 9am?

Could be that a member of staff bought it?

The can't reserve but available in stock message means that all the stock has been reserve. So its the same as out of stock.

Thats not true, my argos was unable to reserve and instock, and i went down and got the only one they had. So its worth going and looking y'all.

I phoned Argos this morning and apparently they have received stock into their warehouses. However, it has not been booked into their system. The operator suggested this could take up to five days before the stock would show up as being available and for you to reserve. So keep checking!

From my own experiance and reading about others you are the first person who hasn't been disapointed when they got to store after hearing that message. I'd reccomend ringing the store direct beforehand to reserve unless its very local.

Argos staff seem to have been saying that there is stock in the warehouse which will take a while to filter through every week now :?: Heres hoping its right though.

Well people, i went down to argos on the saturday anyway to see what was happening and i used the stock checker and it said out of stock and told me there were 6 in on monday and to go to the till to reserve 1, so i did, and i got it yesterday! i suggest people give up with the online'ing and get out to the shops, its the best bet
