Oh man, its pretty damn impossible to get the Wii in Manchester. I have been ringing every store you could ever think of first thing every morning for about 3 weeks, but alas to no avail. I think everyone is going to put a restraining order on me.
It dosnt help when one day you ring, you get told that they had stock in the day previous, but when you rang on the day previous the store assistant swears blind that they have absolutley nothing in and havent recieved an order for about 27 years.
Oh my mistake, there is one place in Manchester with tons of stock, and thats a scrubby little dive called CEX near Manchester Piccadilly train station.
Now, you see the problem with this place is that they are selling the Wii for £285 without a game. After further investiagtion it transpiers that those delightful folk at CEX are buying up all the stock in Manchester for £10 more than the actual retail place, then they go and place a £110 mark up on it....
No wait, it gets better, for this obscence price you dont just get your Wii, they also do the service of taking the game that was originaly supplied with the box and then stock it on their over-indulgent-public-theiving shelves. Now thats what i call a great manchester public service.
So er yeah, basically what i am saying is. I want a Wii. But preferably not for the same price of being shot into outer space by some crazy russian folk.
