Game/parcelforce sent it to the wrong address!

First a big thanks to all teh help here, i was able to order a wii a few days ago so thanks.

I got a confirmation email saying they were posting my wii to my university address, but they've sent it to my home billing addresss instead! I asked parcel force why and apaprantly they were given my billing address for delivery, even though Game confirmed they were posting to my university address.

So now i have to pay £5.50 for redelivery and wait another 4 days for it. :x

So yeah just had to vent really, bloody annoyed they've done that.

I feel so sorry for you that it went to your home address instead of going to the uni address. Plus the delivery postage which is very high :(

Thank your lucky stars that it wasn't City Link... Judging from my experience, it doesn't matter what address their given, they'll always find a way to muck it up somehow. I've had soooo many problems with those clowns.

yea, my one from gamestation was delivered to my home address. ofc i was at work. i rang them up to ask if they cld redilver to my work. they said no and that i had to call the sender (ie. gamestation) an they had to tell parcelforce to redilver to an alternate adress. the 0845 cust service number is buggered.

soo.. if you ring your local store, an ask for the head office number, then for mail order department, they will ring parcelforce. mine was redilvered next day to my work :)
