I got my Wii - What did I do before...?!!

YES - I finally got a Wii - just went to my local Game store around their usual delivery time on Tuesday 16th and there it was, just waiting for me to pick it up! Now I've been playing it ever since, alone, with friends, with family... but what did I do before I got it? - all a bit of a blur really.

Anyway, I think it's a great console, so advanced, and although the graphics aren't as good as they could have been, the box is a fantasic all-round machine, and more more would you want for the price?!
I only have Wii Sports, which I LOVE. I have been able to borrow Wii Play and Red Steel from a friend (he's got revision to do) and I haven't really played them more than once, just cos I love Wii Sports. It seems that the games and the console are so good that it's hard to get bored of them!
I've also just ordered "Monster 4x4 World Circuit + Free Wii Steering Wheel", so I'll see what that's like when I get it.

I only feel sorry for the people that are still yet to realise the potential of the Wii!

Decided I needed a Wii in the week building up to the launch. The fact that I didn't pre-order meant from when I finished working the night shift, I tried about 6 stores in about 6 hours. Got lucky at Toys r us while on the brink of giving up. Hooked up with a couple of mates straight away and didn't sleep till sun down. I think I will remember my mission to find a Wii for years to come. Because it was worth it!
