I had one in basket with wario ware and wii play, went through checkout all fine, then got a conformation e-mail saying that the console had been removed from the order as was out of stock! nice of them to let me know :roll: ... sent an e-mail to cancel the 2 games.

not too bothered though, didnt realise they were gonna slap on a fiver for delivery, and even though the bundle says console with any 2 games 240 quid it came to 245 before postage. i'll try my luck in Leeds this weekend.

Might be a good idea to give them a call and ask them to send it to your local store. If their stock is delivered from a central warehouse I'm sure they could put in on the van for a quicker delivery!

I ordered from Gamestation in the rush last week.

I received the console on Wednesday, no problems.

They don't process orders over the weekend, so don't worry too much about that. I e-mailed them and got an answer back the following day saying all was fine.

I've still got the e-mail history, and it went something like this ...

Friday 12th, 10:12 - Order confirmation
Friday 12th, 14:00 - Order processing
Monday 15th, 12:02 - Order despatched

Hope this helps calm those nerves!

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I spent all day yesterday ringing their customer services to no avail....no one answered. When i sent a cancellation message via the website it came back as "unregistered address"!!!

I hope the Wii is in the order....Who knows?

Apparently the stock is currently being loaded onto the van to be sent out, thus they haven't actually been dispatched yet, but will be soon.

The lady I spoke to reckoned I should receive it tomorrow, but I'm putting my hopes on Wednesday. If it does arrive tomorrow, I'll be one happy man.

Mine went to dispatched on Monday from an order on the 12th of Jan.

I received it on the Wednesday afterwards, so with any luck the rest of you waiting for those dispatched today should get them on Wednesday, or if you're very luck Tuesday.

Gamestation use Parceline and there is no on-line tracking available.

Just be patient, and it'll be worth the wait!

Mark (the guy I spoke to) at first said that it should be with me tomorrow at the latest, but he would check with Parceline and get back to me - which he did 5 minutes later.

He couldn't find any record of my consignment. I was then told that if it hadn't shown up by the morning, a replacement would be sent. When he said this, I mentioned that their website was showing the Wii as Out of Stock and he told me that more would be in tomorrow and mine would be re-sent as soon as they're in.

Just out of interest csxjgf, where in the country are you? I'm wondering if it's a problem with a certain Parceline depot.

Ok, I tried ringing that number and someone called me back about 5 mins ago.

Apparently there was a problem with my house number being missing off the address, even though it is registered on their site and present on every email they've sent me since Friday, including the dispatch email.

It seems that no one thought to check up on this until I rang up and prompted them to, and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. The guy said it would be sent tomorrow which means I'm looking at Friday at the earliest.

I started hassling them on Wednesday of last week and when theie shipment came in on Friday, I ensured mine was eventually sent out.

I now have a consignment number and mine should be with me on Monday
