This is a new part to our wiifind "Wii games" section as Red steel has been quite a popular game to discus here at wiifind.

I'll be the first to get the ball rolling.

I had a look at my one a couple of weeks ago.

I thought it was okay, but I would like to know if I am the only one to experience this problem.

Has anyone else experienced viewing problems with their wii-mote? The cursor keeps going up into one of the corners and makes your character spin around and doesn't stop until you shoot or draw a weapon.

This stopped me playing the game.

I had that problem but when I moved my position to directly infront of the sensor it seemed to work fine. I think it happens if you're not not facing the sensor straight on. It's very good though, the controls are a bit slow but apart from that I think it is a very fun game.

Hmmm okay, but I do sit or stand directly in front of the sensor... It could be that I am trying to play the game left handed.

Left handed shouldn't make a difference. When I move the target off the side of the screen it spins but as soon as I point the remote back onto screen it stops. Really like this game. :D

Yeah same for me if i just move the curser back onto the screen it will stop spinning and th gun will stay normal.

When my friend played it he constantly made it spin though lol.

want to know something really funny, when you have nades repeatedly press down on the D-pad, your hand will wobble all over the play and you can make his hand turn all the way round lol. SPAZ HAND. weird thing is sometime (multiplayer only so far) a random arm probably left appeared on my screen and it just stays there untill i die lol.

One thing I'd like to say about Red Steel. A lot of critics have made a big deal of the lack of graphical capabilities of the Wii. When I first got my PS2 with Timesplitters which was a launch title for the machine the graphics were great but nothing compared to the most recent PS2 games such as Black which looks almost next gen in comparison.

The graphics on Red Steel look fantastic and as good as anything I've seen on PS2, the use of light and shading, the detail on the walls, floors, and doors don't blur when you get close and the reflections through the polished floor all add to the realism. All of these make the game look great and apart from the odd frame rate issue at times, I think if this is the graphics for a launch title on Wii (including Zelda in this), imagine what the graphics are going to look like in 3 years time...........very, very nice! :D It seems that as games developers gradually work out the best way to get the performance out of the machine, games on Wii will certainly look great and much better than critics are giving the console credit for. Xbox 360 and PS3? Who needs them when you have great looking and original games with innovative controls right here on Wii!!!!!! :D

Ok im upto the part in the bar and then theres 4 peopl;e that each have missons, ive completed one of the mans missons. after i completed it i went back to the bar and spoke to man i just done the misson for and then it said move the wiimote up and down to confirm which i did.

Now im back on the same misson!! and theres noway to get back?

Can canyone help lol thanks. im wlel baffeled

Ok,
I am on the mission where you have the 5 people to pic on what missoion you would like to do .,.. I have done one .. but then when I start the next I have not got any bullits in both guns to kill any one
Cant get any where, When I get close to people a soard come up next to them but I don’t know how to get it out to kill them

To see what I mean … shoot so you have nothing in both guns then walk up to someone and see you you see it …..

So I am stuck on the gasher mission I get in to the cort yard
Run across … open the window getting shot at and jump through the window
Fight and kill the man inside with my saward then get killed as everyone come in and I cant do a thing about it as I have nothing to kill them with :-(

Any help

Only option I have is to redo the last mission I had done and hope that fixes it and I have some left and not wast them on the range ,,,,

cant u just go to the ranges secret cupboard thingy and get some bullets from there. and when the red sword comes up swing the nunchuck. thats how it works.

cant go back to the range .. .or i would .. buggered just redone a mission and still the same :-( going to have to restart again :-(
