Super Smash Bros Brawl

So we all know that super smash bros brawl is going to be online, It will be an incredibly good online game thats certain from the off. So anyway i though why not start a post with people opinions on what they think it will be like. Good points and bad points.

I think that it will be great with friends ie this forum. Even random battles will be good. They'll always be some insanely good player that can like 2 shot you from the word go but most online games you get them.

I think this is going to be a great online game for a start. And i KNOW it will be a really fun and great experiance espesually playing with friends (Wiiwind forum members). Ive played online games on a PC but never on a console so im sure ill be mezmerised by it whilst being able to play online with the Wii.

yeah ive played online games and i love them!! so a console game online (such as super smash brothers brawl which is gonna rock anyway) is gonna be something to lok foreward to!!!

Some interesting is that on super smash bros brawl it has been noted by nintendo that it may actually be easier to play with the classic gamecube controllers than the wii ones, i guess this is because then the controls can be mapped more easily, only one more button willbe needed really for the brawl. Maybe the use of the C stick?

hmm maybe, although in melee the c-stick was only ever used in vs mode for smash attacks

We really need to start organising servers for Wiifind members only!! Give it a password so that we won't be interupted by the sorta people that are crazy on a game (unless there's some in Wiifind, of course!). We could even make #1 #2 #3 etc servers for each online game!!

yeah i am up for a wiifind members only server, personally i hope this community survives till then as by march the need for a wiifind website probably will no longer be needed. we should call the server something like WiiBros or summit

No worrys, well "super smash bros" is a series of a game, which first started on the n64 and then gamecube and now wii.

This new super smash bros game is called "Brawl"

well basically its a platform beat 'em up, it is probably one of the best multiplayer beat 'em ups around simply because you can have up to four players on the screen at the same time, all in all it really is good fun,
the different selection of characters are all favourite nintendo characters such as Link, Samus, Mario etc, however in the new game there will be characters such as Solid Snake from the MGS series, quite often its one of the most popular games on all of the consoles its been out on.

Smash bro melee was one of my favourite last gen games and this is one of the games I am most hyped about this year.

Yeah true true. One thing ive read on a few websites though which makes me feel a tiny bit sad is that there is a posibility that it could only be a 2-player online game rather than 4 players. But this has not yet been confirmed by Nintendo and i hope they wont confirm it.

Yeah i definately reckon we'll see some new faces, perhaps if theres sonic maybe knuckles or tails? Who knows but i'd bet that we'll get a few new characters in the mix and well as most of the old ones.

The chance to let me play with sonic lets me giggle with joy tbh, imagine what sonics brawl move is! Would he go into a ball with a jump? Would there be rings as food? Chaos emeralds as big food? Super sonic as his brawl move? Come on nintendo pick up on some of these ideas! Why not knuckles if we can get sonic! Huge punches as moves? maybe he can glide slightly! Please put sonic in brawl!

Official news from Nintendo is SSBB will not be released until the end of 2007. So between now and then there could be more improvements and surprises added to the game.

That's definitely not the only reason to jailbreak. There is a lot of functionality that Apple does not (yet) support.
