I have had one one order from Blah since Thursday but it's been constantly sating "awaiting stock". So as Blah never seem to answer the emails I send I've placed an order (Wii + Warioware) and even though I have to pay for delivery it's only a few pence more.

It's currently sating "Item Submitted" for both though and I notice it's now out of stock... wonder if I got one? :shock:

I had an email from them asking some verification questions. I think because I asked for it to be delivered to my work address and not my registered card address.

I think they all flip to "order placed with our supplier" and then to "billed" - hopefully. A nice comforting "Processing" would be better than all this detail :)

Just spoke to them, they're none the wiser although their system's up and running now. Mine's still on "Order placed with suppliers." He told me to give it a couple of hours. Bit of a pain as I could have had one from GAME last night too.

Screw this, thinks I and orders one from GamePlay where they have them in stock and actually know what the hell's going on with their customer service... (Having a minor panic thinking that I'd cancelled the woolies order before the other one was confirmed in the process). Also saving £5 on delivery.

I've read they are very reliable, so fingers crossed thiis time.

Hi, thank you for your message. I can confirm that ‘Supplier Verified’ means that we are currently awaiting the suppliers to confirm that there is enough stock to fulfil your order. Yes, it arrived - 9:15 this morning ....... not that I could do anything with it, as I lost power lunchtime yesterday; 21 hours without electricity, hot OR cold water, or heating ..... not nice. :(

Puts not having a Wii into perspective, for all those complaining. Try what I just had to put up with ! :twisted:
