Having thought I was clever before christmas and buying a Wii & Red Steel game from uksoftwaretech - I don't think I am so clever now. I did receive the console - which was left on my doorstep - I still have not received the game. I have sent them 2 E-mails both had n o reply. I telephoned them today and I now have to prove I didn't received the game. They are and arrogant, rude and unhelpful buch of people so be warned NEVER buy from them.

did you order it on your credit card ... take it up with them i am sure they can sort it out .....

Since credit card companies are jointly responsible for purchases made using their credit cards, this is indeed the case. Since the company you bought the console from failed to get a signiture from you on deliever, they actually have no proof that the games were delivered, nor that the console was delivered. This will help no end, i believe 8)

Thanks for help both. I have had to e-mail them a copy of my delivery note to prove it says - game to follow. As this was hand written dont know what difference that will make as I could have written it myself. After getting hubby to phone - they were very nice to him (surprise, surprise), they said they sent it recorded delivery so they will have to check. I have already asked themf or proof of my signature but they have refused. Apparently they are being like this as they have had a few problems with UPS leaving WII's on doorsteps and people saying they have been stolen when they haven,t. Sorry to go on but I feel like a rant. lol

I did receive the WII but as I no signed for is I could have lied and said I didnt

Update on previous - I have finally received my refund for the game. But that was only after husband got on the case.
