I took delivery of my Wii from amazon uk yesterday :D , leaving me with my Amazon de delivery to arrive :roll: (probably tomorrow or Tuesday). Does anyone want to buy the spare for retail price, plus small commission = £180. Pickup and cash only. Strictly first come first serve.

will it still work with uk Wii games or will you have to buy everything from germany? Got a couple of friends gagging to get their hands on one! :D

It is exactly the same appart from the plug (two pin). The earth pin on the UK version is plastic so there are no electrical issues. The copy of Zelda I got can be played in many different languages. When you turn the Wii on it asks for location/language etc etc. so no probs at all :D

like I say, £180 cash on collection with original receipt! I wont even take it out of the Amazon packaging.

acb, did the wii come in today? i've got a mate who is interested but he doesnt get paid till next wednesday :( he really wants one though!

Hmmm, can't win really can you. I paid for delivery, did you include that in your £166 price??? I was trying to a decent thing and sell it for 1p above list price (which was meant as a joke!!) I could have gone straight to Ebay with it and sold it for £50 profit. Considering so many people on here have yet to find a Wii and I have taken the risk out of buying from Germany, I can't really see the problem with £5
