john lewis wii still not arrived :(

has anyone else had problem getting their named day delivery? i ordered on Tuesday, and paid the extra for delivery on Thursday, but it didn't arrive. I called John Lewis last night who contacted the couriers, who had apparently run out of time yesterday. They've refunded the named day delivery fee and said that it would come today, so fingers crossed.

That's really strange. I did the same thing but mine was delivered at 8.30am on thursday! I'm sure you will get it today. It's not really like John Lewis to let you down. I've never had any bad dealings with them in the past.

mine was delivered yesterday as instructed so no problem for me, probs need to get onto their courier, parcel force delivered mine no problem

turned up at lunchtime today - so as long as the named day delivery charge gets refunded I'm happy now! :D
