Heres a list of the virtual console first set of games, off a website videogamesblogger.com
NES Games cost 500 Wii Points = $5/€5
* Mario Bros.: Mario and Luigi punch turtles.
* The Legend of Zelda: The original Hyrulean adventure.
* Donkey Kong: The game that put Nintendo on the map.
* Donkey Kong Jr.: Not quite a classic, but its cameo in Yoshi’s Island DS is pretty boss.
* Ice Hockey: Fat guy, normal guy and skinny guy hit the ice.
* Pinball: Mario moonlights as a paddle in this one.
* Soccer: Another early NES sports title. About soccer!
* Tennis: Simple but effective volley action.
* Urban Champion: An early, and not particularly good, brawler.
* Wario’s Woods: A falling-block puzzle game starring Wario.
* Baseball: Yet another early NES sports game.
* Solomon’s Key: A surprisingly difficult puzzle-action game.
SNES Games cost 800 Wii Points = $8/€8
* F-Zero: A futuristic racer that reinvented the genre.
* SimCity: Make your city awesome and you’ll get a statue of Mario!
Where the heck is Super Mario World? Strange it was at E3…

* Super Mario 64: The template for 3D platform gaming.
Genesis Games cost 800 Wii Points = $8/€8
* Sonic the Hedgehog: Spiky guy, attitude, goes fast. You know this one.
* Altered Beast: This bestial brawler will make you wise fwom your gwave!
* Golden Axe: One of the best multiplayer brawlers ever made.
* Columns: Before Bejeweled, there was Columns.
* Ecco the Dolphin: Save the ocean in this beautiful (but difficult) adventure.
* Gunstar Heroes: The action/shooter/platformer/brawler that made Treasure a hardcore fave.
* Space Harrier II: A fast-paced shooter featuring super-scaler action!
* Toe Jam & Earl: A funky and oddly mellow adventure.
* Ristar: Sega’s less popular 16-bit mascot.
* Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine: (Psst, it’s actually Puyo Pop.)
TurboGrafx 16 Games cost 600 Wii Points = $6/€6
* Bonk’s Adventure: Carnivorous caveman antics.
* Super Star Soldier: Superlative space shooting.
* Victory Run: Slick racing action.

Hey there.
Can a moderator please let us know if the line up in this post is fairly accurate, as I read somewhere that Duck Hunt from the NES was in the line up.
Many thanks.

Hey dark storm, To me it looks pretty acuratt although the list is being updated all the time.
i think about another 2 or 5 games are added every week (averagely) so everytime more come out i'm sure one of the mods (or members) can add to our list of vc games. i don't have the internet on my wii at the mo! :(
yeah aparently the first fw months there could be 2-5 games coming out, but after that its a game a week (they hope)

Yes but PLEASE can someone, if they have any influence at all, get Nintendo to port WINGS over from the GBA!
I loved this WW1 game when it was on the AMIGA! The GBA version was even better!

I bet Nintendo wont make it available to download all the old games though - Probably the most popular yes but not some of the really good games that not many people know about, i rekurn nintendo should make a submit kind of page on the internet of people asking/suggesting games to be put on the virtual console. what 'dya rekurn?
sounds good to me, maybe you should email this idea to hem superjario?

Wii Play is FECKING aweful - I played through it once, and there are just too many bugs in it.
The worst one is the Air hockey game - the paddles get stuck randomly, for no reason at all, and my father somehow managed to change the paddle to this round one, and we couldn't change it back. :x
Bad, bad game.... The duck hunt it lame - I much prefer the OLD one

any more console's planned for the VC?
or any update's of new game's
In a sense I think it is unfair they make you pay for the old Nintendo games (again) for a lot of us. I have a ton of SNES games I already bought ages ago. Would be nice if you could get some credit for the nintendo games you already own. Maybe send it to them for recycling and they just give you Wii points.

true also you can emulate as well, which is even cheaper :lol:
I just think it is just a bit too expensive for such old games really. I mean you can get lots of much newer games for the PC or other consoles for that price or less. I expect that soon enough you will be able to download the games from the web and upload them into the system, or a homebrew to come out that will play old ROMs/Images extracted from the original games.

There's one game I'd love to see on Virtual Console....
GOLDENEYE!!!
Nintendo need to sort this one out big time.
Grenade Launchers in the Complex with 1 hit kills... those were the days :D
Dark_Storm, its not well know but you can actualy change the shape of your puck to the original air hockey shape and back lol by pressing some combination of A and B in the countdown before the game starts. i know it works i just can't find where i read it. try it or i will and post on it.

The reason why you have attracted less Jailbreak Jailbreak because Apple is continually steals dev ideas and call it their "magic". Very disappointing, Apple. Well, TSK, TSK ... how to convert m4v to wmv (http://www.m4v-to-wmv.com/) And stop selling the old outdated models for $99, just sell the non-pro iPhone with A4 instead of A5.

Metal around the phone they totally tried to make it look like an iPhone from the sides. antenna issues With bb is next mov to wmv (http://www.movtowmv.net/) not true, bbm has kept many bb users. It's easier to stay with a native app then use third party ones. There are millions of iphone users, for example all my bestfriends have iphones. Cross platform messengers don't work because people get tired of having to install the apps and registering and checking for friends on their.

OMFG! Thank you for tipb let me know about Wolfram Alpha. The app is amazing! Thank you! transfer iphone to mac (http://www.freeiphonetransfer.com/iphone-transfer-mac.html/) So what applications in the App Store are affected? As a teacher in ESOL programs, this will adversely affect the ability to work with my students and provide a quality learning experience.
