I thought that this post might be appropriet considering alot of us are confused about the saving situations at the end of Zelda twlight princess.

Alot of us (All that i am aware of) had a great time fighting GANNONDORF and then watching the very nice cut-scene at the end and then the credits but then eventually when the game went back onto the profile page the profile didnt say completed or anything, Then when i went onto my profile the game started with me in Hyrule castle again and still with Midna aswel.

Maybe the game is ment for this but i would have thought that it would have had a save option right after you smash the master sword threw gannon at the end but it didnt.

If anyone knows how to continue the game after killing gannondorf, me and many other people would really like to know.

Thanks.

I was a little disapointed with this too, but i guess it makes sense.
If you saved it at the end without Midna and with Hyrule Castle in ruins and no enemies anywhere on the map then you wouldn't actually be able to do a lot.
You wouldn't be able to fight anything, wouldn't able to be a wolf or teleport anywhere and you wouldn't be able to go finish the Cave of Ordeals and get all the Poe soles and bugs and secret moves and things.

Yeah thats true, i really cant remember but was this what the previous Zelda games did in terms of saving the game before the boss and only before.?

Probably one of the only times because it's the only time i remember a main character leaving. Forever.

I'd have liked to be able to replay the dungeon bosses ala Majora's Mask.

Bar that I'm very happy with Twilight Princess. Probably my favourite 3D game.

you completed already? you were only on the burning wagon a few weeks ago.. I guess you have more time on your hands than me.

Got the magic armour now so next time I've got a spare 2 hours I'm going to have another crack at the chamber of ordeals.

Did the chamber eventually, and now finished the game. Going to read the walkthrough now to see what I missed. I found that doing the chamber made it easier to complete the last dungeon.

i'm sure i heard somewhere that TP was years in development...since 1995 or something, so if there is another one i'm probably looking at being in my 40's before i play it...mind you they do say wii is for all ages....the wii will be like a NES by then :-) xxx

Its the law of Zelda Games that you can never save at the end, i thought you would have realised?
