John Lewis really do take the **** - they've cancelled my order AGAIN (two hours later not ten mins later to build my hopes up), again with the security on credit card excuse that one of their customer service reps already told me was ********.

Ridiculously frustrated now, I really wouldn't recommend trying to buy from them since apparently they have absolutely no competence.
