Anyone have any insider knowledge about Wiis in Glasgow?, i have phoned up everywhere seeking one, but they always tell me no.

Some guy in Tesco actually told me that all Wiis were bing recalled!

I would consider calling your local game stores first thing in the morning. It appears most of England and Wales got stock today so I am kind of hoping that this means us sassenachs up north might get some the day after......!

I find it difficult to make phone calls at work, but i'll try, and hopefully they will hold one back.

try the Argos 08706003030 (option 4) number. I got mine from Wishaw's Argos. Apparently one each left in Hamilton, Lanark & Galashiel this morning - could still be there! Good luck...

Folks I managed to get three Wii's in Glasgow yesterday. Got one by calling up Argos first thing. Got one from teh Game in Debenhams and one from St enochs. Can only gues but would say that Game will get them in next Tuesday as well as lots had them in last Tuesday and then this Tuesday. In Glasgow anyway I would try teh one in Debenhams as its a bit more out of the road and people tend to stick to the Buchanan Galleries or St Enoch Centre.

Not puttin this on to sickin folk just to show that you can get it if ur lucky I suppose. My advantage is I work in Argyle Street so I could just nip over strait away to get mine. Also the deliveries for teh Games in Glasgow are at around 11.00-11.15 so you would be best tryin to get there for 11.30 at latest.

I got to the one in St Enoch at 11.30 and by the time I had picked up my bag the other two that were left were gone.

With Argos the person I spoke to said that there were none in teh country. She must have done sum check tho and seen there was some and then done a check at the Stockwell St store. I called at 9.15.

With the Game in Debenhams the guy there held it for me for an hour.

Work well outside of Glasgow, so not able to get in to check first hand. Problems of being an out of towner ...

may be worth getting one pre-orderd at gamestation in hamilton. when i was there on friday last week i was only number 14 in the waiting list. also i think hmv in east kilbride may still be taking pre-orders, may be worth giving them a ring.

gamestation in hamilton is a £20 deposit. not sure about hmv
