Following the advice on this message board I called GAME 1st thing and they put one of the 3 they had in this morning aside for me...

I just been and picked it up (along with a copy of Zelda)

I would have had one at 8-45am if GAME had allowed me to reserve one !
Luckily I got one from e-buyer.
I agree that I would not have one now if it wasn't for this site and the people who post here.
Even though many of them have their console they still continue to update others who haven't !

Same story with the game at Mansfield.

They had some this morning and saved me 1. Luckly I was working from home today so i was able to go over and fetch it in my "dinner hour".

I still haven't opened it, showing restraint until my girlfriend comes home and i have done all my work - i must be mad!

you wont regret it!...you will both love it!...good to know so many on here have managed to finally get one...my local Game in Barnet are great as will hold until 3pm and will just sell you the console...shame the others arent as fair :roll:

I'm back at work.. i keep trying the odd *cough cough* but i don't think I'm gonna get away with nipping off early. I ruined my chances by coming back in after lunch yelling "I got one!" over and over.

I realise some people are having trouble but i would like to mention the people at my local GAME (Eastleigh, Hampshire) apart from putting one aside the didn't try any hard sell on a bundle like i thought they might and the staff were really helpful.
