3rd light tears

when you turn back into a wolf and you have to get the light shadows i am stuck on two the one in the lake(forgot name)its the one were it is on the cliff by the ladders i also need help in the one in zoros domian i think it is behnd the giant iceberg any help welcome on any of the two thanks

ooh i know how u feel, it took me ages to find them. the one you think is in the ice isn't. go to the top of the waterfall and to the left hand section of the cliff, hang off the edge and drop onto a ledge and head along the wall using your friend's long jump thingy. just follow the wall and you'l find it in a tunnel thingy going along side the zora place. the one in the lake? where abouce, the one that appears because there is a light on your bag of tears missing or do you mean you just can't find one?
