Wii USB Wifi Connector

Can anyone help?
Ive connected my usb connector and I cant seem able to do a connection test although I can see messages on the Wii when I play Tiger Woods Golf.

I assume you've plugged the USB adaptor into your pc and not the Wii.

The USB adaptor uses your pc's connection to the web to then allow your Wii to access the web.
