recommended xbox 360 games?

just got mine yesterday. what are the must have games? got gears of war 2...excellent, and farcry 2...excellent but harder to get into, cheers;)

Fallout 3, Mirror's Edge, CoD 4 (you really need this), Grand Theft Auto 4, Race Driver: Grid are a few that spring to mind. :D

Burnout paradise is one of the best driving games to get, crashing is all part of the fun :cool:

Yep, Paradise is good. Other free roaming driving games I recommend are Test Drive Unlimited (can get this for under a tenner now....bargain), and Midnight Club: LA (getting this bad boy for christmas) :D

I know what you mean, there is a feeling of been there done that, but I think that's because we've seen so many of them now. If you're getting stuck into GTA for the first time though it's probably as good as it's always been.

It is an amazing game that has to be played, even if you do get bored after 10 hours or so. I can't see how another GTA game can enhance the experience without making the next one an MMO game.

As an example of game world design GTA is an absolute masterpiece. It's mind blowing!

I agree with you though Local, I think they've taken GTA as far as they can. Time for Rockstar to think up something new.

It probably will come out but it wont come out next year. Maybe on the last year of the life of 360 or do the halo 3 and come out the higher gen console.
