sorry Ivan, no problems connecting for me, the odd game gets disconnected and a funny symbol comes up to say connection disrupted or something, not sure about the red X though...seems a bit odd :?

The disc drive can be quite noisy whilst the games in full swing, I wear big headphones which gets rid of the noise and gives me a greater experience, its really good, try it if you can :)

hey ivan! the red x might be a similar problem which happened with mohh2. it means that your wiimotes being interupted somehow i think? maybe by weak batteries/dodgy light sensitivity (mine was doing this last night till i turned my lamp off) or by the sensor bar being slightly of angle? im just guessing but hope this helps

yeah my disk is noisy too! ive had the red cross when inactive after a couple of minutes but it soon goes;)

Red Cross is fine, it should only happen at the start of the round or at the start of a re-spawn, until you tell your sensor bar where you are by way of the wii-mote, the red cross is just there until you move your wii-mote...

oh and btw IVAN I'm using the Bravo control settings due to the Grenade issue, much easier to pick which grenade and to reload just shake your nunchuck..but still loads of buttons to rememer...it'll get easier

It's good when you find a decent bunch of guys on there to combat with. The team deathmatches can be very tactical. And intense! 8) You can feel quite bonded with a bloodthirsty bunch of strangers! ;)

Thats the beauty of the online play with Team Deathmatch, if we meet up I'm pretty sure we're always on the side team, I'm not into the Free-For-All games myself, they're too manic for me.

I think the thing you need to know of or more about is all the glitches, the only one that bugs me is on Cliffside when you get the players shooting from under the ground, you can always tell cos you can see their shadows on the ground, but also its knowing all the locations you can get too, these videos should help you out:

The glitches across all platforms have been pretty shocking. As good as the game is, I have never seen a title have this many glitches.

Have they been fixing them for the Wii (hotfixes I would assume) because I've lost count of how many hotfixes they've done for the 360. On top of that, the 360 has also had four title updates since release to fix all sorts of issues.

No Hotfixes for Wii that I know of, just the new online modes or did they have to be unlocked :confused: I guess its down to Activision to just update their servers is it or does the console need to hold a certain amount of info regarding the Hotfixes...I'm not sure?

As far as the XBox version goes, there are some things that can be 'hotfixed'. These are fixes that just happen and are done totally at Treyarch's end. It's this hotfixing procedure that also allows them to add game modes and increase XP etc. Then there are certain updates that require a full patch and requires downloading first.

Lol! For me half the fun of the game is running/hiding/ducking and creeping so buggering about on a roof sort of looks a bit naff. But each to their own. At least I know to check up as well as every other direction! Lol!

Mind you, it's quite impressive how much time some people dedicate to finding these quirks. Kudos to their diligence :)

Excellent night tonight on this Covey, those team deathmatches range from manic in-your-face battles to tense, psychological thrillers. Those last few rounds we played, where the focus was more on stealth and surprise attacks, really got my blood pumping. And to be honest I think this is some of the finest online gaming I've played.

If you ever feel like a more sneaky game type rather than the run and gun style try playing in hardcore mode. Since it takes less bullets to die everyone is really cautious and stealthy.

I think another reason it's slower paced is because it removes the radar so you have no idea where everyone is. I love it!

Been playing the Team Survival mode for the past hour, and it's horrendously scary! Lol! Creeping about the halls of the asylum with that eerie music filling your ears is something you've got to experience. The perfect hunting mode. Plus, I've won 5/6 round so far! Kick a$$!! :cool: Lol!

I had a couple of plays on Hardcore mode and its going to take a few more plays before I'm convinced its a good mode for me or not, I really do enjoy the shoot and run games, the pace can be frantic and for me I like the thrill of the chase instead of the camping out and waiting....I'll give it a few more plays and see how it goes...

Managed to get a decent winning streak going now after all those losses I suffered yesterday, being paired up with people who would only get 2/3 kills per round doesn't really help matters :rolleyes:

If the Conduit multiplayer turns out to be as good as this then we're going to be spoiled rotten. This game gets more addictive and brilliant the more I play.

I'm eagerly anticipating the next gathering ;)
