Gmt +1

Can anyone tell me how to adjust my time zone setting please? or is this a global thing??

I've just tried to edit my time to UK time but for some reason GMT+1 = +1 hr , GMT = -1hr and GMT-1 = -1hr.

So to get UK time I had to.

Goto
>USERCP
>Edit Options
Choose
>GMT
Then turn "Auto detect DST" off.

There's probably a more simple way to do it though :roll:
