I'm not a owner of My Sims Kingdom but being an owner of the origonal My Sims, I assume it's in one of the caves in an unlockable area somewhere..

cheers but we've searched all over the three islands that are unlocked so far and we just can't find any parts like that. there is a bit in the cowboy island that might be unlockable mine but we can't unlock it??

i think we got given some night vision goggles but i don't know how to find and use them?

Hiya :) I've been searching around for some answers to your questions but can't really find much information on it at the moment. Which is understandable as it's only been out a short while. In any case, I'll post up anything I think will be helpful if I come across it :D

And can I just ask what your first impressions are of the game? I loved the first and would really like a copy of this (may be one to add to the christmas wish list ;) )

;)

thanks for looking mate......it is good but there is an awful lot of taliking and interaction, although with somethings (like essences) you used to be able to talk to people in the first one and they would tell you hints on how to find them.....this obviously doesn't. but i would rate it better than the first one.....if you liked the first game then you'll like this one too

He just said..

But i'll tell you something anyway. MySims was way too short and took around 4-5 hours to get a 5 star town. And since this one was rated lower than the first i wouldn't expect much.

I guess so didn't read it carefully but I just wanted somebody else's opinion;)

On my origonal 'My Sims' there was Super lag, even though it wasn't online! Did this happen with anyone else?

It did tend to have a few loading issues at times. That was a problem they were supposed to addressing for this version. I guess only Bransby (on here anyway) could tell us if they have resolved it.

Thanks for the advice. I loved the first game and have spent a great length of time designing lots of different furniture for the town residents. This one does look damn good. My only other question would be (as I've just mentioned to J-Monkey): Have the loading problems been resolved? To be honest they didn't bother me, but I know some people found them irritating.

i'v not experienced any loading issues or lag, i guess the way they get round the loading issue is by travelling by boat to the diferent islands...but this doesn't take any time really.

Did you find the 8-ball essences?

I cannot find the Goby (fish). I know its supposed to be in the fishing on Cutopia but so far I have caught around 80 odd Sunfish and hundreds of Sea Turtles but still no Bl**dy Goby. I can't even move to a new island until I have completed this one. Can anyone help.

The loading times on this game are great as in there aren't any, and the game itself is hilarious at times. Well recommended (if only I can find the Goby)http://www.wiifind.co.uk/forum/images/icons/icon10.gif

Yeahhhh, I've found the Goby. Apparently they are quite rare but they are there and you just have to keep fishing until you catch one.

I do think it seems a bit mean to have a rare fish which you must have to carry on with the game.
