I checked around the forum to see if there was already a topic like this, but there wasn't, so i decided to make it:D. Basically i've got together the top 4 racers for each course, didn't bother writing down each time it would take ages lol. Anyway, you get 6 points for 1st, 4 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd, 2 for 4th. Then we'll see who has the highest points;).

Nice one Kryn! maybe set a weekly competition with 2 or 3 tracks, set a deadline time that you know you can check the times at and then announce the weekly winner.....2 tracks a week, 32 courses 16 weeks, 4 months.....sorted! :p

Hm...so you meen try and get the best time in say..a week? And they have to take a picture of the best time they got in that week, since it may not be as good as there initial time?

No picture required, Like Eric is for the tourney, you'd become for this competition....Judge, you've got access to all the times via the Mario kart Channel so as Judge you set a day and time that members have until to do their fastest time for the chosen tracks (like I said before make sure its at a time you know you can check the rankings to prevent any late entries and to make it fair to all) then post up the results from the members listed in your top ten chart, this way it makes it easier for you to write the times down and if you only make it two tracks a week it won't take too long to do.....voila! :)

I know these results are already available for all to see but to
have someone turn them into a table where you can compare eachothers
results is excellent.......well done.
I'm not sure how you'd do the weekly thing, especially if (as you pointed out)
that weeks time is slower than your current record but I reckon you can sort
something out...I'm happy to post a photo if you want.
This should be a real test of skill with no prizes or players knocking you
about and you can download fast times for driving line ideas...

Ok, so here are the 2 courses for the week. You get until saturday, and you have to take a picture of your best time for this week, the reson being that it may not be as high as your current one, meaning that i won't be able to see your best for the current week, incase you don't improve. If you take the picture of the bit straight after you finish, i'll be able to see your time. Ok, so the 2 courses are -

We don't need to send you any photos now of the times we achieve
on the chosen tracks. If we don't beat the best time that we have already on the friend
rankings then we just have to try and get better to gain points...

Also, how often do you think you'll update the overall board..?
Will you just update the current weeks chosen tracks or will you
update any random tracks anyone has got better at...

Sorry for the late updates, had lots of work to do.

Anyway, well done Ivan66, great times for both courses and thrashing us all ultimately.
It's affected the scoreboard slightly, and ivan your in 3rd now with an impressive 65 points:).

Managed to shave a few seconds off of Peach Beach, but just a second off Toad's factory, which is getting harder to beat.

Some great times, if we keep this up we may just be on our way to the leaderboards ;) :p

I'm pretty sure I can shave another second off on Peach Beach though...:D
I don't know how people have got 1minute 13 seconds on it though..
Best I can manage so far is 1 minute 20 seconds..

As for Toad's Factory, I'm not sure....
I reckon the secret is in the very last bend...you know jumping the
corner with a mushroom...Really hard to get right though..especially three
times in a row....

I know it's possible because I've followed the 1.13 replay with the same
rider and vehicle but God knows how they do it...

Didn't expect to see myself at the top of the list though. There's no better mode than Time Trials, so you can count on my continued involvement in this. Must add though, it's getting pretty difficult to knock seconds off of these times.

I too will be trying to climb the leaderboard - tbh I haven't really played many t.t.s - a lot of the times posted in Ivan's outstanding piece of graphics work are my 5 year old son's!
