I thought I'd start this thread so that members could warn other members of titles they'd downloaded and wish they had'nt, I'll start with the following title:
My Aquarium
Developed by: Hudson Soft. Co., Ltd.
Points: 500
Pardon the pun but this game is very shallow. I bought this for my two children aged 3 & 4, they enjoy feeding the fish they chose in the tank they designed but thats pretty much all you can do, "what else were you expecting with a title like that?" I can hear you thinking, I'll explain...within the game is a fish database, great I thought it'll teach the kids a little bit more about them, WRONG! sure it says a little about what they look like, where they come from and sometimes what they don't like to eat but its very hit and miss in the information provided, in a game where all you can do is pretty much tap on the glass to "communicate" with the fish and feed them, more information could of been provided about which food they eat of the 3 types your given to use (flakes/plant and earthworm)...to teach the kids not to overfeed the fish a water quality bar could of easily been added...I'm sure there's more I could say but basically as the old saying goes "You only get what you pay for" maybe my expectations are too high, but from such a well known developer I did expect better :(
Anyone else got any games they downloaded and wish they had'nt?
