The Eric-o-tron. It would radiate a blast-radius of 100 miles, turning only Eric's Kart/Bike into an ice cream van, which would casually drive at about 10mph, whilst playing the song 'Never Gonna Give You Up'! :D

Heres a few:

Nuclear Bomb - bomb Knocks everyone up in the air (Not the item user)
reflecter - Reflects all Items right back where it came from (Item lasts for 5 seconds)
Mega mushrooms - Makes you and everyone on your team Massive (Idea from the game, Item only appears in team games)
Brick wall - Stops any players who hit it (The wall is destroyed after 5 people bash it hard)
Gooey bomb - Stick it to someone else before it blows you up!!! (Item from smash bros brawl)
Golden blooper - Blinds the other players screens completely (Idea from the game, only gets others infront of you)
Stop watch - Stops players for 10 seconds (I thought of this myself)
Golden bullet bill - Brings you to 1st place (Idea from the game)
Ice Flower - Turns you to Ice hit anyone with this and they will freeze (Anyone in Ice will be trapped unless they keep tapping buttons, Idea from "Super Mario Galaxy"


Chain chomp - Once you use this a chain chomp will run ahead of you smacking unlucky players in the way, The Chain Chomp will also hit you if you get in the way (Idea from "Mario Kart Double Dash")
Teleport - Teleports the 1st player to last place (I made this up myself)
Winged red shell - Same as the blue shell, just blows up the guy infront of you (Idea from the game)

Laser gun - freezes everyone for 5 seconds (Similar to stop watch)

Phew all done :D... What one do you like most?

What about an item that mirrors the course for your online counterparts but keeps it normal for you. I know it'd take some doing and be technological mind-boggling, but it would be cool :D It'd be fun watching all those people suddenly take a wrong turn off of Rainbow Road! Lol!

Or an exorcist Mii, whom's head spins round and spews green liquid on it's competitors? That'd be enough to put me off competing against it! :rolleyes:
