Yeah, you only have to unlock them (thankfully :p)

hi mate, welcome to the forum:) the link above gives you loads of info, including the times you have to beat to unlock;) once you have unlocked a ghost, your character, vehcile and time will appear first as opposed to anyone else. thats the only way you can tell how many you have unlocked, which can be annoying. if mario karts your thing, check out the other threads, as theirs online forum racing on mondays, thursdays and saturdays. everyones friendly on here so feel free to jump in:D
