i need one too, my preorder form november is still not dispatched!! even though i know people who orderd same day and have got theirs!!! so im looking too

it seems to me that the best thing to do is to check ocal game stores, but my nearest ones are southend and schelmsford so a bit of a trip

what annoys me is that I know 2 people who have them and never really wanted them - got them for christmas and one person who had two and put them both on ebay. These people annoy me a lot.

siman you have to be on the ball to get a wii...I have managed to get my neice one and most of my friends and two people on here their wii..totalling 8/9 since week before christmas...you need to call Tesco Extra stores locally 2/3 times per day...they get stock in dribs and drabs and sell out within 10-30mins,...but if you are near or have someone who can go and get one then fine...then Game get them in most days but you have to phone from 8:45am in morning onwards and let them know you have been trying for ages to get one and are desperate...you will get one if you keep trying :wink:

unfortuantly I work long hours and can't be availiable when stores open. I took the day off on launch day to get one, got to loads of shops as they opened but none of them had any. Since then I got one on amazon on about 10th December, had it in my basket and then hit the pay button and they had all gone! oh well, will keep looking, but online is the best bet for me.

GO 2 ANY GAME SHOP AT 8.45 THAY OPEN AT 9 AND THAY GET BETWEEN 3-5 IN EVERY DAY, BUT U HAVE TO B QUICK. I GOT THERE AT 8.30 SHOP OPENED AT 9, I ASKED THEM IF THAY HAD ANY IN, HE SAID HE HAD 2 PHONE UP AND CHECK, 5MINS LATER HE SAID HE WAS GETING 3 IN :lol: :lol: & IF I WAIT I CAN GET ONE :lol: :lol: GOT MY WII AT 10.58

know what you are saying Buzz but people from very early and reserve them so if you get there for 9am they may all be gone via phone reservations? happened to a couple of people this morning when I was picking one up for a friend

Will call my local GAME store tomorrow morning at 8.45am to reserve and hopefully will get one!

i got my wii here. go to this site and type in your Zip Code. it will tell you what stores in your area are getting the Wii and when.
