bristol or surrounding area stock's?

hey guy's anybody managed to get a Wii in the BRISTOL or surrounding area's?

ive rang around but still no joy, nost place's are telling me march at the latest

bin looking myself over xmas, no such luck. probs gonna end up waiting for the next BIG shipment and get in an order early, as havent heard of ne being available in local Game shops etc..

same here, the closet i came to getting one was up in cribbs causeway in the currys up there they had 2 in store

1 was on shelf but i was just 30 seconds to late :( & the other was reserved? even though i was told that they are not allowed to take pre sales, the problem im finding with the shops is that they are sick & tired of hearing the same old BS from people asking for Wii's all the time, so they just end up lying to us punters :roll:

i pre ordered with currys and my wii still hasnt came in but i'm 3rd in the queue now. but some places have already handed out all their wiis and arent getting any more in for ages

best bet for all of you is to find the phone number for your nearest Game store on their website and phone from 8:45am onwards and ask them to hold you one...safest bet at the mo as they are getting 10 or so a day in :wink:

Does this count for all Games or is it just select stores? Thanks for the info.

just try your local stores from 8:45 and see how you get on...Game stores are different to each other and have different policies...just plead and beg and then cry and threaten suicide and you might just get one! :wink:

Cheers. As I live in Manchester there are 4 Game stores in the city centre so going to go in early and trying phoning them from 8:45 as well. Fingers crossed.

ive got mine pre orderd with gameplay, but all there tellin me is that the stock is back orderd

it seem's were screwed no matter what we try >.<

tbh ive pretty much given up wasting my time with the high street, it's to cold & wet to go goin runing all over town, on the off chance of maybe getting one :roll:

another thing on this page where it show's "BUY Wii" & "findWii.co.uk" nearly everysingle link 1st of all say's in stock, then when you go to the site, it say's 14 day's or more

ive spent the past 3 hr's nearly on the old dog & bone, & ive rang Game in the MALL, Toy's r us, ASDA, dixon's, curry's, ARGOS, PC world all up in the cribb's causeway area & they all told me the same old line

" sorry were out of stock & we do not know when were getting any more in"

i swear there like pre programmed robot's that are set to auto reply,
IF your out of stock then why dont yout put a sign up in your window?

that way it will stop us ASKING YOU then :roll:
