Pieces of heart

You all know that you gain another heart if you collect 5 small pieces of heart.
well how many pieces of heart did you all manage to get?
i think i'v only managed to make 2 hole other pieces of heart at the mo (about 7 or 8 pieces of heart i think so far)

Yeah im on 8 hearts at the moment.. and have filled up the 5 slot heart once.
Its not easy to find hearts to fill up the heart isit really.
How far on the game are you rob?

in the sand temple, but keep havn't to turn wii off (things to do) so i have to start from the beginning every time :(

yeah its anoying because if you turn your wii off even though you saved it somewhere deep in a temple then when you turn your wii back on your back to the beginning.

i'v got a hunch that most of the time you can find a piece of heart near/in/around each of the light spirits (once you collected all the tears becasue you'd need to be link).

there is also a woman in castle town that will look into her crystal ball for 10 rubees and show you a location of a heart piece.

the other annoying thing about saving somewhere in the dungeon levels is that not only do you start at the beginning again, but you only have whatever ammo you had left when you saved.

I'm trying to figure out how to get to the chest in the top northern part of Kakariko Gorge. I think the Owl statue has something to do with it, but I can't work out what.

A small tip for saving when in dungeons. If you've got far enough through the dungeon in order to get that bird-type thing that you generally find in a jar that you break. I can't remember what it's name is, I think it begins with an O? If you use that to leave the dungeon before you save the game, when you load again, you are outside the dungeon. You can warp back to where you were previously inside the dungeon, by using the child of the birdy thing. It'll ask you "do you want to go back to mom?" Say yes, and off you go!
