Dont mention Amazon to me Grr... my plan this morning was to wait for the wii to beable to order it at 9am like amazon stated an then go into work late but it was not still available to order by 9:20 so i had to go to work, i had chance to have a quick look while i was at work and seen it was ready to pre order so not only was i 1 hour an 30 mins for work I HAVE NO DAMN WII... I hate u Amazon

Unlucky trouble. We had a similar problem! I had the buy page up, clicked back to look at some details and by the time I clicked forward it had sold out! My fault really! Apparently it sold out in 7 minutes!

I think I would have to watch the screen constantly! I personally wouldn't cancel just to be safe. Worst thing that can happen is that you can sell it on ebay or to someone in the forum!

After i posted yesterday i got a phone call from my Girl friend and she said that Game store had phoned her ( she was trying to get me a wii for Christmas) and said she can come in store an leave a deposit, they are not guaranteeing a wii for release date but they are guaranteeing 1 before Christmas. So its looking quit good now, i will get a wii + red steel and Zelda for free from my Girl friend ( Sweet ) :)

My only problem is how would I sort out the refunds if something is wrong would Nintendo do that on it's own ship a new console within 3 days? Would people actually want one on the 15th. Could I just put the bid down now and cancel it at anytime without any harrassment or fuss say if somethings wrong.

Sorry i dont get what you mean? Are you looking to buy a Wii from Ebay? Have you Bidded on a Wii already? If your Worried about refunds the ebay user selling the Wii should have stated weather he accepts refunds.

well if you sell something on ebay, doesn't that product lose it's original warranty, so if something goes wrong you can't refund them unless you percificaly did something to the wii before passing it on.
so i think you'd just have to mention that in the description.

I played with three different tablets at best buy the other day, and they were all choppy as heck and not at all intuitive to use. Same thing with the android phones I played around with. The non-apple phone/pad I was MOST impressed with? Windows 7. I am an iPad and iPhone owner and suits like this sure seem ridiculous. My Windows tablets/slates look like the iPad too, and they came before the iPad.
