I can access the wii channels (weather, news, shopping)
How can i use my wii for browsing the internet?
like if i wanted to come on here and post a topic and stuff?

You'll have to download the "Internet channel" from the wii shopping channel.
I think it costs 500 wii points now.

you can buy them with your credit card from the wii channel OR you can buy wii point cards in stores/online.
