Hey guys,
The prize for winning the monthly challenge so far has been a copy of NGamer magazine (apart from when we forgot to renew the subscription and it was a poor substitute). What do you guys think about upping the stakes and changing the prize to £10 worth of vouchers each month? They'll probably be HMV vouchers unless you all have a problem with that.
Thoughts?

I think you can use the vouchers online too. We could also offer Amazon ones if people would prefer. Unfortunately cash is not an option! You can exchange your voucher and get 0.00000001p though.

One question: what do I get for winning August monthly challenge? Just wondering because I haven't recieve anything in like 4 weeks now for my hard troubles.
You'll get nothing this week 'cos all the posties are on strike.
About the lack of prize, I found the copy of NGamer under a pile of stuff on the desk of the person I asked to post it out to you. I'm really sorry about this. That's what you get for trusting a simple task to backwards folk.
As an apology I will send you out either a voucher or the new copy of NGamer. It's up to you. Or you can have both!
So would an Amazon voucher be the best for everyone? The winner of this month's prize can choose to have the voucher or the magazine too because the changes were announced after the competition started. From next month, the prize will be lovely shiny vouchers!

Yes katee amazon vouchers are much better also i think you could put the vouchers on someones account. It would be easier for us seeing as the postmen are on strike and it's quicker to get .

Same here, although I've got an Amazon account it must be a couple of years ago since I last used it.

well i know lots of people who uses amazon. But if the winner wants to choose which voucher they want that would be fine.
Amazon is cheaper than any Hmv i know.

There is no risk with ordering online if you take a few basic precautions. I order allsorts online and use Amazon about 2dozen times a year and haven't yet had a problem. Ususally if I order something tonight it will be delivered on Weds morning., Thurs at the extreme latest.

thts nt what im getting at, what im saying is there more chance of sumthing going wrong online then there is going to a shop.
Yeah, I agree with that one. Also there is the waiting time, even if only a couple of days. When you want a new game you just got to have it now and not in 2 days time.
Still like to order online though.

No problem, I'm a very patience little boy but I'll have both of the offers. :D Nah the Amazon voucher would be enough at my favorite internet shopping place.

Well when your 16 I think, sign up to a Visa Electron debit card then you can order loads of goods from internet places like me. ;)
As Junior said (I had no idea he was so involved in the ordering of the vouchers!) we'll offer a choice. I think ben93 won this month so an HMV voucher will be winging its sweet way to you. And an Amazon voucher for August! If you could both PM me your names and addresses then I'll get them sent out ASAP. Unless it wasn't ben93 who won!
I'll order an equal number of HMV and Amazon vouchers so people can choose which one they'd prefer. If you have a desperate yearning for a Game/Gamestation/La Senza voucher then PM me and we'll try to sort something out.
When you win please specify if you'd prefer HMV or Amazon. If your first choice isn't available then please tell me if you'd prefer to wait for a different voucher to be ordered or if you're ok with the available one.
The postal strike will mean the vouchers are slow to arrive so please be patient! I'll let people know if there are any problems getting them sent off. I will no longer be trusting postage to the untrustworthy!
Actually we're getting the electronic gift certificates for Amazon, so all you have to do is tell me your email address. Screw you already-over-paid-postal-workers-who-maybe-should-get-a-better-job-if-they-want-more-money! You'll not get the better of WiiFind!
