hi i thought ill have a go at making my own version of the wiifind banner, but i found it very hard to come up with a good idea.

So i made one an wanted to know what you guys think and how i can make it better???

We really liked the style of the banner, but there are some problems with it. Some of the images look quite pixillated, particularly guy on the right. I can't remember which character is on the banner so 'guy on the right' it is!

However, if someone comes up with a lovely new banner that is better than the one we have now (first person to say 'wouldn't be hard!' is a horrible person) then it will go up. we're going to have a design re-think anyway so give it a go. There may even be a prize. I have a beautiful origami swan made from a Post-It note that would be the best prize ever.

As has been mentioned in an earlier thread, for details clicky here (http://wiifind.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=2055#7), the banner pic shows the Wii progressing. Maybe when the time is right it could be modified to show where we are at now with the Wii. ;)

I think the wiifind banner is so amteurish i want to block it from my webpage. Okay I say that the bannner D.Frankie made is fantastic infact magnicent. It's so much more colour than this one,it appeals to me so much more and proberly to others. If the old admin WIIFIND was on i'm sure he would change it. You wont because you proberly can't be bothered to change

It's always good for an Improvement but i only seen one on the forum maybe 2 because there was an older forum b4 this one.

Well said suze. This was not meant to be any disrespect to Franksta or his brother because I like their banner, but we have had the current banner for a while and would rather stick with it - it is also very different to any other forums I have seen.

In any case, I don't have access to the back end of the site at the moment so I couldn't change them anyway until I get that sorted!

Junior, this is not a question and nor is it polite. You cannot talk to people like this and then get uppity when they do not take kindly to it. People can only respond to the tone you put across, and that tone was rude. I will not be spoken to in the way you have done so. I don't want you (or anyone) to leave, but I want people to be rude to me even less.

So my point is- if you are polite to me then I will respond in the same way.
