Just wondering what people think about running emulators on the wii. Surely using SD cards you can get emulators + roms onto the wii that should be playable? And if not, at the very least it must be possible to download emulators or get on fake wii shop sites to download virtual console games. There has to be a way to copy your VC games onto SD anyway, so people must be able to host these on the internet so you can download them via Opera? I think it would be pretty cool just having a wii full of any roms you want for free. And I'm sure some hackers will be able to find a way to do this if its not as simple as it seems.
Do you think it will happen?

as far as emulators go wouldn't the wii either need some software to know what to do i.e. dos (code reading etc) but about disks i know you get a dreamcast emulator which when u get roms for it you can burn them onto the disk and the console will play it. why would you want to play roms on ur wii anyway play them on pc and wii (+gc) games on wii.
