WH Smiths - Wii stock in local stores

Swindon store has just received 14 Nintendo Wiis and have no reservations against them!!

Watford and Brent Cross have/had them allegedly. That is unsubstantiated from another stores Manager.

Anyone actually gone into any stores, or just called.
I know a lot of retailers tell staff to tell people on the phone that there are none in stock to avoid all the business of people asking to put one aside.
If you walk into one of those stores though you might find they have some in stock .
Just thought I'd mention it.

My m8 just tried Whsmith at Meadowhall Sheffield walked in have just sold there last 1! Poo!!!!

the girl in wh smiths said they are getting one or two each day and they have no preorders waiting. so if you local to blackpool u may be lucky tomorrow

Thanks for this tip, actually managed to pick one from the Smiths in the Plaza on Oxford Street, London!

Think it was the last one and the lady at the counter didnt seem too sure about whether they'd be getting anymore in.

went into WHsmith and they said they didnt realise they were being distributed, i think the guy wanted one because he quickly went to the back of the shop and picked up the phone lol wide eyes aglowing

Mrs been in whsmiths Hanley.They say they are only handing them over to preorders.
At least they are showing some customer loyalty unlike some!
