I pre-ordered a few Wii months and months ago and got all of them on launch day
I must admit i INTENDED on making a bit of profit on them but i saw how desperate people were and how badly they wanted them for Christmas, so i sold them to those who wanted them for their kids Christmas for cost price
Would much rather make a few kids Christmas than make money myself
Anyway, even since i sold them all i have been desperate for one myself as i finally got the chance to play one - but i have missed out on the last few amazon / game / comet batches by a few minutes!!
Finally a local shop is getting 9 in stock on Friday morning, maybe more, and they are doing them on a 1st come 1st served basis so fingers crossed i can get my hands on one!!
I live in the middle of nowhere in the countryside in Scotland so may not be much use to you guys, but if anyone here lives anywhere in Central Scotland and are desperate for one, then give me a PM and i will give you details
Hope everyone gets one in time for Christmas - must say i have been impressed with Nintendos constant deliveries - but very disappointed in the way in which most retailers have dealt with their stock
I mean - who ACTUALLY got the notification email from amazon saying they are in stock the last two times they put them up for sale?......exactly
And why is it when you call up Game / Virgin / HMV, the rude worker tells you no chance of any more stock before Christmas - then you find out they got some in stock a few hours after you called them??
