Update of Games stores

Just went into a Game store in Barnet and missed one by a second!...someone had brought it back as was a pressie for their son and someone had managed to get him one!...was gonna get it for one of you guys on here!...but...very nice people in there and basically they have said that it is most likely that the Game stores will get more before Xmas...to phone at 8:50am in the morning and you can reserve one for 24hours...which I thought was quite decent of them...so find your local store on their webpage and give it a go! :wink:

I have just rang Game in hanley stoke on trent. As soon as they answered the phone they said "Hi we are not getting any wii's in till mid january, my names Sonia how can I help?"

Game Walsall said first come first serve and they will not reserve for anyone...

if you phone them every day and they know you have been trying I'm sure they will hold one??....they were lovely in the Barnet store and gave me their names and said no problem...just phone early and get your kid to cry down the phone to them...and if you havent got a kid...cry like one! :wink:

As I have just said on another topic the guy is one my local GAMEs said that stock is dribbling in every day or 2 but there isn't much so they go straight away. Just keep trying.

Well guys i know im new to the forum but i've been paying attention trying to get one last minute before christmas, well i went to GAME in Ilford exchange today after searching everywhere for the past few days, and managed to pick up the last one, however i did have to buy a bundle...which included 4 games and wii-play (£365 just glad i got the last one:D), just wondering whether or not they had fufilled their preorders or not, and were just selling the bundle to make more of a profit, anyway just thought i'd mention it is worth checking some GAME stores, even if they give you the normal excuse that they won't get any new stock before Christmas.

There status updater says they now have no stock, before it said limited stock.
