Just got an order through! lets hope its not a mistake like Play!
with express delivery they are saying here by lunchtime tomorrow...

I managed to get an order through as someone I know wants one and thought it would be quicker to grab it now as opposed to phoning him and then hoping he answers etc. However I'm worried as I ordered one before for myself they'll cancel this order and say only one per household or something. Especially as I just called him and told him the good news!
Do you think Amazon will do that? Or am I ok?

well done!!!...I was looking before I left at 9am this morning for others on here and there were none then...so you did very well to spot that!...nice to see the Christmas spirit hasnt been lost to fleabay!! :lol:

My order is still showing Dispatching Soon.... started to get a bit twitchy that its not going to happen! Can't get through to customer services to verify!...

Same here. I just checked my account. I'll leave it until at least 4 o'clock and see what happens. I had the same problem with the one I ordered for myself, it said Dispatching Soon for nearly three days!
Trust me, their customer support is useless! Especially when emailing them. I found the phone line dreadful when I tried calling them, you couldn't heat the touch tone options clearly!

Dispatching soon!!! i can't bear it :roll: , i hope it changes after all the glitches on other websites i'm not sure, bin looking for a wii for ages.

I am starting to get the feeling that its the same as Play!
More and more stock seems to be hitting shops/sites now so I may have to buy another one just to make sure!

It would be interesting to see when Sailpics put their order in, if it was after I put the post up then surely my order should be saying dispatched too.

Placed my order a minute or two after the post. Here's hoping amazon are being slow, but have them in stock, i can bear that :wink:
I had my order confirmatio @ 9.26 am, order was in around 9.23am! for something that should be with me tomorrow midday (express delivery) I would expect the status to have changed....
Hopefully getting worked up over nothing! but I just want the bloody thing to say it's on its way!

I got my confirmation at 9:19, I ordered after I saw this thread.
Maybe it's just down to card verification etc...
Managed to get through to Amazon customer services - quite helpful when you get through there crap phone system!!
They have confirmed that they have stock and the units will leave the fulfillment/despatch centre this evening around 10 - so delivery is confirmed for tomorrow!
It may all work ou good in the end!!
Good news this end, just had confirmation from Amazon that the Wii has been shipped..
Hopefully anyone else waiting should get notification before 10pm this evening (Amazon said the warehouse will have shipped all by then)
So there is still hope... consoles appear to be cropping up in a number of places now.. so resist ebay a little longer and you should stll get one!

Hopefully they will come good... the guy from Amazon said it was all cool and if it got to the dispatch stage then stock and payment were OK, so it's just a matter of getting it shipped..
not sure what delivery you paid for? I paid £7 for next day just to make sure which could be why it shipped... jus thad another e-mail sayig order complete and the unit is with the courier, just checked and its sitting in Milton Keynes.... should be with me tomorrow! sorted and good luck

I paid next day delivery too, same with the one I ordered for myself last week and that didn't turn up four days later!
I was twiddling my thumbs waiting but then Ityped in "dogging" on Google as I was bored, found a dogging website and saw a woman I know on it! How funny! She lives round the corner from me, class!

neither can i, tried the city link website, no go. at least it dispatched which is more then with my orders from hmv and play. time to cancel them.
