Does anyone know how bad the shortage of Wiis will be on launch day, will it be like the Xbox 360 and be hard to get one till January?????

I think it will be bad unfortunately. So far we have not recieved any exact figures for stock quantity, they tend to keep this info as secret as possible. Stock was looking good until a few notices in the last 7 days which were very worrying.

It looks like if you dont have a pre-order already you probably won't get it until January. Gamestation for example have announced that if you dont order by the 11th nov you won't get one beofre christmas.

Basically, I would advise pre-ordering asap if you can. First come first served now. One tip might be to buy bundles, maybe these merchants will give prefernce to customers spending more?

I don't think the quantity of stock is bad, I just think they didn't expect to be selling as much. Only a million have been shipped to the U.K. Which is ridiculous.

As I have said elswhere. I have just recieved the email from HMV that I will not get one till Xmas. Emails from websites are coming thick and fast by the seems of things.

Yes, its looks like everyone got their stock allocations through. I will speak to our contacts to see if I can get exact numbers from the different retailers.

wii you might want to change the front of wiifind as it says all of the companies have stock, but it looks llike because of the e-mails they don't.

Yeah I agree. I mentioned this in another post. I will change it to "pre-order" from "in stock". Unfortunately our spider doesn't get sent emails!

I do not understand why people get so cynical questions from other users? Why not just give a simple answer .. no need for the people attitudes. Its normal to be excited about a new update and eager to try them out. convert mkv to avi (http://www.freemkvconverter.com/) I couldn't care less at this point. Ahh, DLNA seems like a good route to take with MLplayer. As for updates: Im glad that they integrated Yelp into the RoadMate App. My wife and I are big "food" people; we love to eat out. Magellan already had a pretty decent list of POIs, but having this integration would keep me from having to look up reviews on restaurants while out of town in a separate web browser. Nice Touch! :) how to convert vob to avi (http://www.vobtoavi.org/) E-mail notifications of Facebook also work quite well. I had a Droid X before the iPhone 4 and used to receive notifications that lead the way, if you think iOS "Facebook App sucks well you just do not know really how it could get worse. Keep in mind, I think using something like MyWi (or tethering like PDANet) might violate your terms of service agreement with AT&T (if you are in the US). I believe they have something about not tethering or only using data for your smartphone (unless you buy the tethering data plan). Not saying you shouldn't use it, but that is something to consider. vob to dvd burner (http://www.vobtodvd.org/) so we all know that AT & T version get HSPA + ... But Verizon? I do not think Verizon has HSPA +

Does it use the magnets to lock/unlock the screen like a smart cover? convert avi to iso (http://www.avitoiso.com/) It's been confirmed that the GSM iPhone will have the functionality. It has not been confirmed that AT&T will be offering the service. I updated the post to reflect that. Given AT&T's history with tethering, I'm not holding my breath for them to have it available right away.
